Now a days they have free verisons of programs you can use to do digital art and most likely with more to come. One of the best free Programs I’ve come to like Gimp as one of the best free programs. It’s easy to download and they have instructions on how to use it as well as tutorials on youtube on how to use it. Gimp is very easy to use in my experience and has a lot of features simiular to that of Adobe Photostop. Just be careful that this program crashed occassionally and you just have to save your files as often as possible. Besides that it’s a very great program if you trying to stay on a budget and want a coloring program that works. Below are links to some of the free coloring programs you can use for digital Art.
